Does the RV TwinTrak work with all awnings?
Answer:
Although it works on most awnings there are a few exceptions. There must be access to the awning utility track in order to install the RV TwinTrak as shown in photos below. The utility track is typically the track used by the awning pull down strap.

Does the RV TwinTrak need to be removed prior to retracting the awning?
Answer:
Yes, like any other awning accessory, the RV TwinTrak needs to be removed in order to prevent damage to the product or the awning. Keep in mind that installation and removal of the RV TwinTrak is quick and simple and can be done in a matter of seconds.

Question:
The RV TwinTrak is packaged with a total of 18 feet. What if my awning is longer or shorter that 18 feet?
Answer:
If your awning is longer, it is no problem leaving a space between Traks. If it is shorter, the Traks are easily cut to the length needed using a fine tooth saw (i.e., a hacksaw)

What are the RV TwinTraks made of?
Answer:
They are made of PVC with a built in UV inhibitor to help prevent damage from the sun.
