Question:
Does the RV TwinTrak and Rope Light Plus work with all awnings?
Answer:
Although they work on most awnings there are a few exceptions. There must be access to the awning utility track in order to install the RV TwinTrak® or the Rope Light PlusTM products as shown in photos below. The utility track is typically the track used by the awning pull down strap.

Question:
Both of your products are packaged with a total of 18 feet. What if my awning is longer or shorter that 18 feet?
Answer:
If your awning is longer, it is no problem leaving a space between Traks. If it is shorter, the Traks are easily cut to the length needed using a fine tooth saw (i.e., a hacksaw)
Question:
What are your products made of?
Answer:
They are made of PVC with a built in UV inhibitor to help prevent damage from the sun.
