Our Product Warranty
Valterra, Inc., warrants the RV TwinTrak® and Rope Light Trak to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from purchase date. We also warrant the product will work as advertised. If the product fails to perform as advertised or has manufacturing defects, Valterra, Inc. will refund full sale price (less shipping) upon return of product. Valterra, Inc. must be contacted via email prior to any returns. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
